Privacy policy

Only two things reach us, and both are things you choose to send.

• Enquiries. When you use a contact or “sell with us” form we record the name, phone number and message you typed, along with the listing you were looking at. The same details are also placed into a WhatsApp message for you to send.
• Anonymous interest signals. When you tap WhatsApp or Call on a listing we record that it happened — the listing, which button, the time, and the city and country your connection resolves to. No name, no number, no IP address, and nothing that identifies you.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share what you send us with anyone outside Zameen Expert.

Saved properties are stored in your own browser under the key zameen-expert-saved-properties. That list never reaches our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it, and it does not follow you to another device.

Our forms hand off to WhatsApp. Once the message leaves this site it is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, not ours. The same applies to a normal phone call, which is carried by your network operator.

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance. Both are configured without cookies and do not build a profile of individual visitors.

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we may reasonably need to answer a follow-up. Interest signals are aggregate counts and are retained to understand which listings draw attention.
