The service and your account
Zameen Expert is a dealer network operated by Husnain Masood, using Kryyvo as the developer name. It helps dealers share inventory, post requirements and find property locations. These terms cover the dealer app; the property website has separate website terms.
You must be at least 18, provide accurate profile details and protect your password. Use a phone number you are entitled to use. Agency name and designation are profile labels and do not establish business verification or agency membership. You are responsible for activity through your account.
Posting inventory and requirements
- Post only properties you are authorized to advertise, and requirements you are authorized to share.
- Keep prices, budgets, locations, availability, notes and photos accurate. Update or remove outdated records.
- Do not impersonate another person, post someone else's private information without permission, or create spam, abusive, unlawful or misleading content.
- Use photographs you own or have permission to publish. Do not use another property's images to misrepresent an offer.
- Do not upload identity documents, bank details or other unnecessary sensitive information in property photos or notes.
Published records are shared with the dealer network along with your contact information. For house listings you may hide the plot number from other dealers' listing and match views. Do not include the number in photos or notes if you use that option.
Photos and your content
You keep your rights in content you submit. You authorize Zameen Expert and its service providers to store, process, resize and display that content to operate the dealer service. Built-property listings support up to five photos; plot listings do not need photos.
Removing a listing or requesting account deletion is handled under the privacy policy. Copies independently retained by other dealers or external apps cannot be recalled by the app.
Property checks, maps and matches
Listings, prices, tags, maps and matches are reference information. They do not verify ownership, legal title, possession, dues, surveyed boundaries or availability. Close matches may differ from your requirement; check the displayed details before contacting a dealer.
Verify the property, documents, measurements and payment arrangements independently before entering a transaction. Posting a listing or contacting a dealer does not reserve a property, create an agency agreement or form a contract of sale. Zameen Expert does not collect a property purchase payment through the current dealer app.
Contact and external services
Call, WhatsApp and Directions open external services of your choice. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices. Use other dealers' contact information only for legitimate property business and respect requests to stop contacting them.
Misuse and reporting
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass account protections, scrape private dealer records or disrupt the service. We may investigate reported misuse, remove content or restrict accounts where appropriate.
To report a listing, dealer, privacy concern or abusive contact, email info@zameenexpert.pk with enough detail to identify the record and explain the issue. Do not send passwords. Email support is available regardless of whether a build has an in-app report control.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and current but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free data. Features and these terms may change. We publish the revision date and provide any additional notices or consent required for material changes.
Leaving the service
You can stop using the app at any time. To remove your account and associated data, use the account-deletion request page. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server records.
