Who operates the app
Zameen Expert is operated by Husnain Masood, using Kryyvo as the Google Play developer name. Our app website is zameenexpert.pk and the developer website is kryyvo.com.
For privacy enquiries, write to info@zameenexpert.pk. The property website has a separate website privacy policy.
Information we handle
- Account and profile: your name, phone number, account identifier, password authentication data and sessions. Agency name and designation are optional profile labels.
- Inventory and requirements: property type, phase, block, plot reference, size, price or budget, features, notes, availability and the photos you choose to upload.
- Technical and security records: request times, IP addresses, app/server errors and records of account or business-record changes used to operate and protect the service.
- Support requests: the contact details and message you send us, including information needed to verify an account-deletion request.
The map processes the property locations you search or view. Opening Directions passes the selected property destination to the map app you choose; it does not require us to collect your phone's live location.
When adding photos, the app accesses the images you select through the device photo picker. We process uploaded images for display and thumbnails. Photos are optional for built properties; plot listings do not need photos.
How we use information
We use account details for sign-in, profile updates, sessions and record ownership. Inventory and requirements support the dealer feed, matching, property search, map navigation and contact between dealers.
Technical records help us diagnose failures, prevent abuse and secure accounts. Passwords are stored as hashes and are not displayed to other dealers. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and external apps
- Hosted application services: our backend and database store account, inventory, requirement, session and operational records.
- Cloudflare R2: stores uploaded property photos and processed images. The app uses controlled, signed access to image objects.
- Map providers: our own catalogue supplies plot data. Selecting street or satellite layers sends tile requests and network information to OpenStreetMap or Esri respectively.
- Call, WhatsApp and Directions: selecting one of these actions passes the phone number, property message or destination needed for that action to your chosen external app.
Provider information is available in the Cloudflare privacy policy, OpenStreetMap privacy policy and Esri privacy statement. External apps have their own privacy policies.
Some Android testing builds include Google's Mobile Ads SDK. The current dealer flow does not offer rewarded ads or require watching an ad to search. Where that SDK is activated in a build, Google can process IP addresses, device or app identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. See Google's privacy policy. Any future advertising feature will need corresponding in-app notices and updated store disclosures.
Reading these static policy pages does not load the property's website analytics scripts or require an app login. Vercel hosts these pages and handles the network requests needed to deliver them.
Hosting and storage providers may process information outside Pakistan. Access is limited to the purpose of operating the service, handling support or meeting a lawful obligation.
Your choices, deletion and retention
You can update your profile and remove your inventory or requirements in the app. Deleting one listing is different from deleting your entire account.
To close your account and request deletion of its associated data, follow the account-deletion instructions. You can make the request without reinstalling the app or signing in to this website.
Live records: we process a verified request within 30 days, removing the account, sessions, profile, associated inventory and requirements, and uploaded property photos from active service.
Backups: deleted information can remain in restricted backups for up to another 30 days after live deletion. It is not used to restore your account or republish your listings.
We keep active account and business records while the account operates. A listing becoming sold or expired does not itself erase its owner history. Pending deletion requests and support correspondence are used to verify ownership and complete the request.
If a specific legal obligation, security investigation or fraud dispute requires retaining limited information, we explain the retained categories, reason and applicable period when handling the request. Such records are restricted and are not used to keep the deleted account active or its listings visible. We do not retain entire accounts solely because we maintain backups.
Security
The hosted app uses HTTPS. Sessions are stored using secure device storage, access to business records is checked by the backend, and media operations use scoped access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Audience and updates
The dealer app is intended for people aged 18 and above. It is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
We update this page when data practices change and show the revision date above. Material changes may also require a notice or consent in the app.
